  • Tina individualizes my training plan based on my physical traits and my goal for fitness. I wanted to get better performance for the sports I do (cycling, racing), and my office job led to an imbalance of upper body muscle. From there, she was able to curate a training plan that suits my needs the best, which is a combination of body weight training, cardio, recovery, and nutrition. She also kept the workout fun, by setting goals, introducing new workouts, and alternating intensity. I never felt getting stuck doing reps all day. I don’t have enough good things to say about Tina, and I highly recommend her to people with any fitness background
